Our Team
Our team is lead by Suzanne Chandler, Centre Owner and onsite Centre Manager. She is supported by Margie Peddie and Nadine Reilly who have been with the Centre since it opened in 2003.
Staff that have joined them have a passion for Early Childhood and are dedicated practitioners, working collaboratively as a team to provide a high quality education and care for children and their families.
Each team member brings a richness of knowledge, culture and uniqueness to the centre. Our stable team have a strong relationship and connect well both professionally and personally. Our backgrounds, skills and beliefs are interwoven to create a unity in the belief that ‘Children deserve the best’.
The long term relationships of the staff have created a calm, harmonious peaceful environment. The children feel secure and supported by their teachers both emotionally and within their learning journeys.
The teaching team have open communication with parents and families, having an understanding that making links between daycare and home gives children a sense of belonging.
