We make every effort to create a place away from home for your child, and not just in the physical. Our people are just as important if not more! How our children experience the world is largely to do with who they meet along the way, and whether these people help or hinder their quest to explore, and to be themselves. Our children want to be with adults who are deeply responsive to their needs and uniqueness. They need trusted adults who have a deep respect for their personhood, and capabilities, and meet their needs with kindness, and patience.
Our practice
Our children are making sense of their world. Companioning our young explorers are our passionate and skilled teachers, who provide the environment, rhythms and rituals, guidance and support, and a ‘secure base’ for the playing child. Our teachers infuse love, nurturing, and care into all of their interactions, and the environment they carefully prepare.
Our team
We only employ the very best teachers. Most of our teachers are highly qualified, registered and experienced teachers who are passionate about their work and who understand young children and their development. Our teaching ratios are something we are so proud of, 1:4 allows for true quality care for your precious child. For our youngest ones we have primary caregiving.
